In addition, two new marketing initiatives were launched in 2008 to help get the word out about cellulose insulation. The first involved developing marketing materials for use by Builders, Contractors and Installers, highlighting the link between the performance and environmental benefits of cellulose insulation. These materials will feature the tag line, “The Performance Choice, The Environmental Choice, The Right Choice,” and are available online for download and customization here.
CIMA has also launched its Greenest Of The Green campaign. This campaign focuses on manufacturers donating material and installation services to charitable organizations, as well as on providing education about the benefits of cellulose insulation in saving money and helping the environment.
Supporting this initiative is a new weblog to which people can submit their recommendations and comments on other green products.
CIMA will support the Greenest of the Green campaign by providing PR services, including press releases, lists of press releases on the website, and media contacts.
